Boot Camp

45 minutes of pure energy.  During this short but intense class you’ll be challenged with a combination of resistance training, body weight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and aerobic work.  Burn anywhere from 300 to 450 calories per class!  After just a few weeks of training, students report a massive increase in energy and an impressive increase in stamina.
