This fast paced class challenges every aspect of your personal fitness. It is a practice in strength and conditioning, engaging both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. The flow of the class prioritizes strength first, followed by combinations of Kettle Bell movements called complexes. By the end of each class you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment stemming from the knowledge that you’ve covered all your fitness bases.
