Pre-Mobility

Most people lack flexibility. This limits their ability to function in everyday life and can lead to many posture related dysfunctions. When performing strength training it is especially important that students are able to get into safe lifting postures before doing any load bearing movements.

In this short but effective pre-Kettle Bell Class, students are taught:

  • how to self asses for functional range of motion
  • self mobilization drills as well as drills with a partner
  • PNF techniques
  • band assisted mobilization drills
  • self administered soft tissue manipulation

This class is open to all students; and is mandatory for participants of Kettle Bell Basics.
