Who Is This Class For?

Whether you’re completely new or a seasoned fighter, strength & conditioning offers something for everyone.

What to Expect

Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to build your base of General Physical Preparedness: strength, speed, endurance, mobility and coordination.

This is integral to enhancing Muay Thai performance and reducing the risk of injury. This class is a great supplement to our regular Muay Thai classes by further building your athleticism while eliminating nagging aches and pains.

What to Bring

  • Gym clothes that are comfortable and breathable allowing for a full range of motion
  • Water bottle (a minimum of 500mL)
  • Face towel (to whisk away that hard-earned sweat)
  • A positive attitude!

Duration

Our Strength & Conditioning Program runs 7:30 – 8:45 PM every Thursday evening taught by Coach Ben Lee.

Coach

Ben brings 15 years of Muay Thai experience, 20+ years of weightlifting experience and post graduate degrees in Engineering and Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Ben has trained over 800 individuals ranging from post-surgical cases to professional athletes and fighters. His unique combination of real world and scientific expertise will give you access to world class insights into how to make your body strong for life.
