From White Shorts to Blue
We follow traditional Muay Thai skill progression
White Shorts
You’ve never thrown a kick before and don’t know how to properly skip rope. That’s exactly what makes a beginner. White shorts are the start of something—and at Montrait, beginners get real coaching, real attention, and a community that remembers what day one felt like.
Yellow Shorts
You know the combinations. You figured out your skipping rhythm. Your footwork is getting sharper. You’re starting to feel it click. Yellow is where the foundation becomes a practice and the basics you built start to feel like yours.
Blue Shorts
Blue isn’t the end. It’s proof of what consistent work looks like. You’ve earned your place in the ring, and you know it, not because someone told you, but because you remember who you were in white. Now you’re the one others look up to.
