Jeremy Ablaza

Bio

Jeremy began training in Muay Thai at age 13 in the Philippines. He moved to Toronto in 2008 and dipped into coaching in 2012.

Muay Thai has given Jeremy the ability to be“comfortable with being uncomfortable” and the tools to face challenges, like eating a 49-ounce steak in one sitting.

Jeremy’s teaching style is traditional and favours the Muay Femur fighting style.
