Like any other sport, Muay Thai training can lead to overtraining and lack of recovery can lead to fatigue, muscle damage, and irritability.

Recovery is the phase where your body does the real work. Muscles that were broken down during pad rounds and heavy drills repair themselves and grow stronger. 1. Stretch and relax your muscles
